The Fashione Styles File module is the main Back Office module. Its main purpose is to create and maintain your style products file.
Style Details
Stock Details Fashione Styles File module, also allows you to control the Stock Levels of each Style. As the screen above shows, you can view the Style Stock Details, by Style x Colours x Sizes Matrix. This is extremely easy to reference and quick to update and maintain. Minimum Stock Details Fashione Styles File module, also allows you to control the Minimum Stock Levels of each Style. The Minimum Stock Levels are used for creating Suggested Re-Order Reports Below Minimum Stock Levels. Maximum Stock Details Fashione Styles File module, also allows you to control the Maximum Stock Levels of each Style. The Maximum Stock Levels are used for creating Suggested Re-Order Reports Below Maximum Stock Levels. Stock Images Details Also, you can add and change the Style Images. This is ideal to help Cashiers at Point Of Sale recognise easily that the products that they are scanning are the right ones. Style images are also used for E-Commerce purposes. Stock External Barcodes Details The Styles File module also allows you to tag External barcodes. These External Barcodes usually are the Supplier Barcodes. Normally, you use the supplir barcodes if you do not want to print out your own barcode ticket labels. Stock Pricing Details You can also maintain the Cost and Retail Prices of each individual sizes for each Style and Colur. This means that you can change the Retail and Cost Prices for different sizes and colours. Stock Barcodes Details You can also control the Barcodes to be printed out for the Styles x Colours x Sizes. These barcodes will be added to a Print Spool file ready to printed out later on. Stock Comments Details The Styles File also allows you to enter extra comments related to the Style. You can enter Add-On Sales Comments. These comments can be used to let the Cashier know that the selected Style should be should with another item.
